Welcome to Weirdsville is the hilarious cult classic that parodies the "B" sci-fi and horror films of the 50's and 60's.  A killer alien librarian, the Lemon Blend Man, and death by a flail are just some of the things you'll see in Welcome to Weirdsville, a film you'll try to forget, but can't.

An alien race tries to take over a town by sending subliminal messages in a direct satellite service the town subscribes to.  The aliens kill the town's librarian and replace here with their alien leader, in the form of the new librarian Miss Graves.

A young but brilliant young man named Josh discovers the aliens plans and he teams up with his friend Erik, (who later turns out to be the messiah of Weirdsville,) and Erik's girlfriend, Lisa, to defeat the evil aliens, the Helkdrons.

Firefly's second attempt to make a movie turned out to almost have a cult following and produced a highly successful sequel, Welcome Back to Weirdsville less than one year later.  This is the only Firefly film to date to produce a sequel.
