Several years after his disappearance, former government genetic scientist, Professor Jacob Kane (Monte Stiffler) has created the first genetically engineered human being, Eve (Susan Varholak).  But, Eve has escaped.

Now free, Eve finds herself at the home of the Resse's (Sue Anne Fatula and Ronn Hudzick), grieving after the tragic death of their daughter (Patti Fisher).  Eve begins forms a friendship with their son, Walter (Patrick Lichtenfels).

Unfortunately, Eve's happiness cannot last as Professor Kane begins his obsessive quest to find her.  And as all this is going on, two government agents (Sean Mack and Joe Stapleton) are on the trail to find both Eve and Professor Kane!

Eve is a combination of science fiction drama, modern day fairy tale, a fish-out-of-water comedy, and a coming of age story.

Eve made its star studded debut in 1999.  The movie was reformatted into short episodes and relaunched as Eve: The Series, currently showing on Firefly Webvision.
